a little wile ago there were 5 members online... and not one of they made a thread or replied to any of the said threads that are allready up...

i don't get it... i'm ready to start whoring on the board but no one is coming up with any interesting or anything worthy of my attention...

and we got new peoples up in here too... where are they...? they should at least introduce themselves... oh well... newbs...

in other news... i'm bored, tired, and h*rny... that's a dangerous combination if there's nothing to do... man... i think i'm going to go to a LFS for some fish talk, or just go to sleep...

bah with you people... BAH!...

I wish I had an answer to that my self, I wish the newbies would at least introduce them selfs also. I don't under stand why people register on a site then never post or even go to it. I have posted stuff just to try to get things going, some get good replies and others well... they get jack shit.

I don't get the registered non-performing persons here at all, but there are a lot of them out there. My site that I use to hire people gets lots of that also and I end up making twelve phone calls for nobody to respond to a job offer. Where does that leave the forum, with that kind of hit and run stuff.

I've been really hit and run here myself of late. Unable to put forth pictures or respond more than one response. I'm piecing together a wireless connection that is not quite there yet. A new DELL basic computer that is loaded with Windows Vista that the wireless card needs "special" help with and I got the slowest connection in the new world. Got pics loaded on machine, and no possibility to load online at the rate this connection is going. A Linksys-G off o Roadrunner cable is going to be a part of this by noon tomorrow, jus' gotta.

So basicly I can just look, read and make a comment once and then it gets rediculous frustrating.

Celtic, this is all inhouse (my house) stuff here, I'm sure. I hope I didn't panic you in the past. Bet it made you wonder though. Sorry. Hope you didn't experience the crash and burn I did.

No I let the support people that we get the forum space know that I wasn't happy and found out that we weren't alone and they seem to have corrected the problem.

I'm not happy that we have people register and not participate on the forum. I have not done a lot about it since I'm not sure of the route I want to take. It's true to that there are days that some log on and never reply or start new threads, that would probably improve if some of our new members joined in.

I'm really illiterate with this computer stuff so if I don't seem very involved with some topics that's why.

To go throught the trouble of registering and haveing nothing to say makes no sence to me. I could see looking through a forum and not saying anything, but who knows?

I can understand some members not always having something to post, but to register and never log in at all to see whats new or to respond to other makes no sense.

I usually only post if I think what I have to say is worth posting and there are some subjects that are discussed on the forum that I have no clue about or have even done. There are times when all do is just read what has been posted and you don't even have to log on to do that. Maybe some of the forums should be hidden till you log on. Idea

that's kind of the problem here... alot of people are afraid to post what they think and thier opinions because they are scared of a little internet flaming or critisizm...

THAT'S BS!!!...

why would anybody care what anybody else says about you on TEH INTRAWEBZ!... you should be able to distinguish reality from virtual reality... the internet is fake... all you have to do is step away from the computer and go back into the real world...

if you are wrong you aren't alone... i was just discussing this over with my friend... if one person out of five has a certain opinion or like... that means millions of other people feel or like the same thing... like product marketing... you might say one day "why would anybody make this?"... the thing is that they showed it to a group of people... maybe three of them or less liked it... and they know that if 1 person likes it... millions of other's will too...

okay... what i'm trying to say is that if you're wrong, a bunch of other people are wrong with you... by you posting up wrong information sooner or later someone will correct it and you along with millions of other lurkers, readers, and people researching will get the facts about it... everyone learns from thier mistakes and alot more people learn from other's mistakes...

don't be afraid to add your 0.2 cents... pet hobbiest; especially aquatic enthusiast aren't jerks... all of us are understanding and care about the well being of thier pets and other's pets...

[/rant]... hahaha...

sorry...

discuss...

You are so right on.

There is so much out there that we can play with and try to put out to share that to be as self-conscious as I am is really not good.

I have been waiting for some really good debates on here, I have even tried to get some going with some of my posts, but I can't ever get any bits. I think some of us are just to nice and are worried that we will upset someone, but a bit of hot debate is good for a forum. It helps attract other who have an opinion to register and add there 0.2 cents to the debate. There are points when things get out of hand, but you can have heated debate with out insulting the other poster or using language that is inappropriate. If things do get out of hand thats when the moderator or admin. needs to step and remind everyone that they are to conduct them selves in a mature manner.

gumbii you have some weird ways to type things out man (TEH INTRAWEBZ!) you know the rules do state if you are going to post in a language other than English you must also post the translation. LOL LOL

Oh alright. I saw something really nasty in my fishtank the other day. I leave the sliding glass door open most of the time with no screen because I like the out doors, but I get flies in my house at times.

The other day a big blow fly got into the light on my 35 gallon planted co2 enriched tank. The fish and the Ghost shrimp had at it all day. Then later in the day I got down and looked closely at the fly and there were these little baby fly larvae coming out of it's butt, one after the other. It looked pretty nasty but I guess it just added more things for the inhabitants in the tank to eat. That must be what the fish and shrimp were eating as they didn't seem to make much of a dent in the flies exoskeleton.

so make a thread about it...
